Parking for one vehicle is available during your stay.

Electricity on island is expensive. You will be given a $25/Wk. allowance (prorated for number of days). Your electric meter will be read before checking in and at checkout, the meter is at the entrance of the complex. Usage will be charged at $0.42 per KW. to be calculated at check-out.  If you have used more than the $100.00 deposit in electricity, payment for any overage will be due and collected at checkout. Any unused balance will be refunded at the end of your stay. 

Utility usage will be verified at check out and is due upon receipt.

Feel free to reach out to us directly for any questions, concerns or special requests.  If you are in our home we are likely off island but do have an extremely reliable island property agent that can assist you in the event of emergency or with any other request you may have.

Enjoy sunset diner on our private patio, or relax in the cool-plunge tub to unwind after a long day of diving.

Smoke alarms, Carbon Monoxide Detector, First Aid Kit, and Fire Extiguisher can all be found on site for your protection.

Our home is equipped with Smart TV's in all rooms, a Bluetooth sound bar in the living room, and high spoeed internet.  A dedicated desk with chair and computer monitor is located in the primary bedroom.

Enjoy the crystal-clear waters and spectacular sunset views from our spacious porch.
